With its impressive membership, Europa has grown into a premier social network at Wharton. Known for its dance parties that attract an eclectic crowd with international beats at great local venues, the club also offers a slew of cultural activities that allow its members to both establish social connections and share their culture with the rest of the Wharton community.

In the past our annual parties included Ibiza, Eyes Wide Shut, Paris Fashion Soiree and Italian Mafia. Each boasted attendance by over 300 members of the Wharton community. We are currently working on an Oktoberfest event and will use one of the many Europa-sponsored MBA Pubs to promote it (other Pubs most famously have included a Spanish-themed one complete with toreros, a bull and sangria).

We also offer our members subsidized small and large group dinners, increasingly popular bi-weekly drinks, organized field trips to the Barnes Collection, New York City and other local and regional attractions.

Finally, one of the most popular social events on campus is our annual Russian Revelry night-a subsidized trip to a typical Russian restaurant in the suburbs of Philadelphia which includes a dinner, a cabaret show, dancing and (of course) plenty of vodka. This event attracts over a 100 members.

While we appreciate the vast amount of professional and academic opportunities that are available to us as members of the Wharton community, Europa's key mission is to ensure that these two years are spent developing life-time friendships and just having a plain old good time!
